If you are expecting a W-2 from Intel, please note that they are mailed by January 31 each year to the address Intel has on record for you at the end of the year. Should you not receive your W-2 by mid-February, you can request a copy by calling the Get HR Help at 1-800-238-0486. Key dates for W2s from Intel
- First week of December – Update mailing address by the first week of December if you have moved.
- January 31 – W2s are mailed to the address Intel has on record at the end of the previous year.
- Mid-February – If you have not received your W2, have questions, or want a W2 Breakdown Letter, call Get HR Help (1-800-238-0486).
- Select either the payroll option or option zero.
- Use the voicemail/call back option if hold times are long.
