Note: Effective 1/1/2023, Providence has terminated Primary Care relationships for Medicare Advantage Plans where they do not have a contract. As a result, Providence is no longer seeing IRMP Anthem Advantage patients on an out-of-network basis. Please consider your health coverage options for 2023 during Annual Enrollment (Oct. 24 – Nov. 11, 2022).
