Note: This presentation is from 2023.  There are several changes that have since occurred that are not incorporated in this document.  Changes are: monthly charges for Part A & B have increased, there is now a cap on Part D out-of-pocket spending, and 6 states (including Arizona) are piloting a pre-approval process for some medical procedures and issues.  We will update this presentation soon with assistance from CMS (Center for Medicare Services).
