Next Steps: IRO Health & Benefits committee has provided the survey data to the Intel Retiree Health Benefits Program Office along with your unfiltered comments and a summary of issues we felt were a priority.
Intel will share the data with Alight/Intel Health Benefits Center (IHBC) to help improve your SERMA experience. The IHBC may reach out to some of you to gather more information about your experience. The Intel Retiree Health Benefits Program Office will provide periodic updates to the IRO regarding improvements made.
