Roles and Responsibilities:
- Logistics
- Calendar Meetings
- Calendar “Pre-Work” to Committee Chairs and Site Coordinators (one week prior to meeting)
- Populate Google Drive With “Agenda & Update” document for a subsequent meeting (on the current agenda, click “file” then “make a copy” – change title, months, etc. as appropriate)
- Ensure a smooth transition to the subsequent coordinator
- Facilitation
- Facilitate Meeting per Agenda
- Insert notes into the meeting Agenda & Update documents as required (ARs, Decisions, etc.)
- Decision maker in cases where votes are tied
- Continuous Improvement
- Make changes to the meeting template and agenda as required.
- Enlist team to make improvements as needed
