SERMA Auto-Reimbursement for Non-IRMP Premiums

The SERMA auto-reimbursement feature for Non-IRMP premiums allows you to automate the entire reimbursement process and choose customized options, it is a real time-saver.  Here are resources and support references to guide you on setting up the SERMA auto-reimbursement feature. Once done, it’s done.

The Intel Health Benefits Center is the site to bookmark if you haven’t already, this is an external website and often requires password updates.  This site provides several ways to access information about the auto-reimbursement process. Here is one of the most straightforward, a step by step PDF of the Auto-Reimbursement Process. If you want to short-circuit the learning, go to Your Spending Account, Create New Claim, and follow the prompts to customize your options.

TIP:  The Health Benefits Center site offers great support materials, however, a little difficult to find. Type Knowledge Center in the Search Bar and you find a dashboard of topics and support materials.  Type Health Care Options and check out the “How it Works” and “Getting Reimbursed” tabs, there is even a 2- minute video on how to submit documents.

TIP: Another option is to set up auto-reimbursement on your mobile phone.  The Reimburse Me Mobile app is very user-friendly and offers the same features as the web site.  Here is a PDF document detailing the process to set up the app.
