SERMA Benefits for Expats, Who Knew?
An Intel retiree ex-pat asked us whether SERMA benefits can be used to reimburse payments made for health insurance outside of the US? We learned that the answer is YES, and if you log into My Health Benefits and click on Your Spending Account > Learn About > Required Receipts and Documentation (and scroll to the bottom of the page), you will find a description of what is needed to submit a claim for services received or products purchased outside of the United States.
