There is a list of the eligible and ineligible SERMA medical premium reimbursement expenses in the SPD Summary Plan Description.
You may use your SERMA credits to reimburse yourself for either Intel Retiree Medical Plan (IRMP) premiums, certain non-Intel sponsored health insurance premiums or COBRA you paid for yourself, your spouse/domestic partner, and eligible children.
