Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Logistics
    • Calendar Meetings
    • Calendar “Pre-Work” to Committee Chairs and Site Coordinators (one week prior to meeting)
    • Populate Google Drive With “Agenda & Update” document for a subsequent meeting (on the current agenda, click “file” then “make a copy” – change title, months, etc. as appropriate)
    • Ensure a smooth transition to the subsequent coordinator
  • Facilitation
    • Facilitate Meeting per Agenda
    • Insert notes into the meeting Agenda & Update documents as required (ARs, Decisions, etc.)
    • Decision maker in cases where votes are tied   
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Make changes to the meeting template and agenda as required.
    • Enlist team to make improvements as needed
