EPP (Employee Purchase Program) FAQs
1- What happened to the Retiree Circuit Portal?
As of April 2020, the portal has been moved from inside Intel’s firewall to the same vendor that handles Intel recognition. This simplifies website management and makes access somewhat simpler for Intel retirees (you only need your WWID and Last Name, not your First Name).
2- Where can I find the Safari Online Learning Discounts?
Those are now accessible through Beneplace. Instructions for access to Beneplace are here.
3- Where is Money Matters?
Money Matters has been discontinued by Intel.
4- Who is eligible to access the EPP Storefront? And how can I know whether or not I’m an “official” Intel retiree?

5- How can I get an @intelretiree.com email?
Intel Retiree Organization (IRO) members automatically receive their @intelretiree.com email address when they join the organization. If you are an official Intel retiree and you have not yet joined IRO, join here and your @intelretiree.com will be issued within 2-4 weeks, once your retirement status has been verified by Intel.
For established IRO members, if you do not recall your @intelretiree.com email address, you can likely determine what it is by looking at the FAQs for @intelretiree.com emails. There you will learn how your @intelretiree.com email address was derived from the email address you used when you signed up for membership with the IRO. If you are still unsuccessful, you may send an email with your first and last names, and WWID to the IRO Mailbox, stating that you are unable to determine your intelretiree email address. If you can’t directly access the IRO mailbox, please copy and paste this email address “intelretiree@gmail.com” in your email “To” field.
6- Which email should I use?
When you register with the EPP Storefront, you may use any personal email address you wish. If you wish to download the free McAfee LiveSafe® software, you must use your @intelretiree.com email address when you are redirected to the McAfee website from the EPP Storefront. If you enter an email on the McAfee website other than your @intelretiree.com email address, you will be denied access to the free software.
7- What if I don’t remember my WWID or what my exact last name is in Intel’s system of record?
Call the Intel Call Center 800-238-0486 and answer a few security questions to find out your exact First and Last Name (in the Intel’s System of Record) and your WWID. If the hold time is more than 5 minutes, you can follow the process to leave a voicemail and you will be contacted within 1 business day. The voicemail option is only available during the service hours (9 am to 4 pm PST).
8- What product offerings are available at the EPP Storefront?
The products offered at the EPP Storefront include Desktop Processors, Solid State Drives, Compute Sticks, Computer Hardware, NUCs, Electronics and McAfee LiveSafe ™ Software. This is the same site that Intel employees are offered.
9- How can I change my Password on this site?
Logout of EPP Storefront, then start to log back in, but instead of entering your password, click on “Forgot your password?” below, on the right. You’ll be asked for your WWID and to answer to one of your security questions, and then you’ll be asked to set and confirm a new password.
10- Can I log off of this site?
Yes, click on the graphic image representing Account in the upper right hand corner of the screen; it’s the image in the center of the five graphic images.
11- Can I use Chrome or Internet Explorer to access this site?
You can use either program; both have been successfully used.
12- I am not finding The Intel Store anywhere in the EPP Storefront — where is it?
Intel Retirees can access The Intel Store directly at https://www.theintelstore.com. The Intel store is where you can buy any of the many Intel logo items at retail prices. As of July 2017, the employee discount is not available.
