The Intel Foundation has launched a campaign to provide critical relief to victims of the Southern California wildfires. The fires have already claimed the lives of at least 25 people and have ravaged 40,000 acres in the Greater Los Angeles area, destroying more than 12,300 structures. Firefighters are tirelessly working to contain the blazes, but the battle is far from over.
In response to this urgent crisis the Intel Foundation will match donations made by all blue badge employees and U.S. Retirees to identified organizations, up to $1,000 per employee
This special match opportunity is not considered part of the U.S. Donation Matching annual giving limit of $1,000 and is available until 5:00 p.m. (Pacific) January 29, 2025 or until the campaign match cap of $100,000 is met.
This Benevity Link provides more details and a donation link. If you do not already have a Benevity account, this link will also provide instructions on how to request an account. The Intel Foundation Matching programs are only available to official US Intel retirees.
