- If you had an existing free free McAfee® LiveSafe™ subscription under the IRO program, your subscription has been automatically extended to 2024 by McAfee
- If you tried unsuccessfully to get a free subscription and were given a Product Key, your subscription has been put in place to expire in 2024
- To check to be sure your expiration date is 2024, go to www.mcafee.com and log in using the sign in button on the top right-hand side. If by following these instructions you see a 2023 expiration date, please email homeuse@mcafee.com with a screenshot of your expiration date
