- Responsible for IRO’s website design, development and administration
- Develops user documents following website requirements and guidelines
- Works closely with Communications, News Flash, Discounts, Healthcare Benefits and Matching Programs teams to ensure accurate website content
- Maintains database of IRO member email addresses
- Maintains a process where new retirees are verified as official retirees prior to joining the organization
