Howard Jacob

Howard is a seasoned technical sales, marketing, and strategic business development professional with over 35 years of experience, preceded by 10 years of system, hardware, and software architecture and design experience, with proven results as both a senior leader and individual contributor.  He is a past President of the Intel Alumni Network and has served on the Board of Directors for the last eight years, and also serves as the IAN Liaison to IRO.

He retired from Intel in May 2012. During his 33 year career at Intel, his individual contributor responsibilities included managing the technical design initiatives and/or overall account management for major OEM, software, interactive content, global system integrator, and value added reseller accounts. His management roles included leading application engineering; field product planning; and strategic technology, marketing, and program teams.  Prior to joining Intel, Howard was a Member of Technical Staff at GTE Automatic Electric Labs, and then managed all hardware and software development for a privately held instrumentation and control company.
