– Retirees Receiving a W-2 From Intel: Mailed by January 31 every year

Intel mails your W-2 to the mailing address that they have on record for you as of the end of the previous year. It will be mailed by January 31 every year.

If you have not received your W-2 by the middle of February, call the Get HR Help 800 number (1-800-238-0486) to request a copy.  You will get through to a Get HR Help rep by selecting either the payroll option or option zero. Remember to use the voicemail/call back option if hold times are long.

If you have received your W-2 and have questions, you can also request a W-2 Breakdown Letter which details what was included in each box on your W-2.
