Recently there has been some discussion on IRO’s Facebook page about SERMA reimbursements. Intel would like our help assessing your experience with SERMA reimbursements. If you have filed for SERMA reimbursements in the past year, please take a few minutes to complete the short survey. Please give details where requested in the message space. Intel plans on using the data that we collect to create case studies that can be used for training agents. You may be contacted by an Intel Benefits Manager as they look at the results and create the case studies. Click here to take the survey.

VOLUNTEERING AND DONATIONs (BENEVITY) – Ben Manny & Annette Bachmeier, Co-chairs
A RECORD SETTING 154,725 VOLUNTEER HOURS WERE REPORTED FOR 2018 711 retirees logged 154,725 Intel Involved hours for 774 unique causes. Compared to 2017, this is a 75% increase in the number of retirees reporting hours, a 45% increase in the number of hours, and a 50% increase in the number of unique causes. Way to go IRO!!! |

ARIZONA:Family friendly tree planting at Pioneers Military Cemetery April 13 Volunteers are needed to plant trees, complete a variety of landscaping & light painting projects in a City of Phoenix Historic Military Cemetery. Family ages 10+ are welcome to attend with their Intel employee chaperone. |

ARIZONA:Family friendly tree planting and beautification at the Rio Salado on April 14 The Rio Salado Habitat Restoration Project is an ongoing effort to restore the native wetland and riparian habitats of the Salt River. Volunteers can assist with tree planting; invasive grass removal or trash clean up in the area. Family of all ages welcome to attend with their Intel employee chaperone. |

ARIZONA: Intel Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) May 13-18 Intel ISEF will be hosted at the Phoenix Convention Center May 13-18 this year. To make the event a success, thousands of individuals contribute their time and energy to Intel ISEF—as judges, interpreters, and event volunteers. Through generous donation of their own time, our volunteers help us inform, educate, and inspire. Please consider helping his year and register to Volunteer at Intel ISEF 2019! |
