JOIN OUR TEAM – NEW IRO LOCAL SITE VOLUNTEER POSITION
The Volunteer Committee is looking for a retiree from each major site to join our team. Make a difference in your community by partnering directly with your local Intel Community Engagement manager to engage retirees in local Intel Involved opportunities. Remember, for every hour a retiree volunteers at an approved organization, there could be a $10.00 match from the Intel Foundation for the non-profit or educational organization. Please contact Annette Bachmeier or Ben Manny if interested.
ASK IRO Mailbox Question: As a retiree, am I eligible for the Intel discount I used to get from Fed Ex Office (formerly Kinko’s)? Answer: Yes! This discount is available for official Intel retirees and is located at the Retiree Circuit Portal, along with other retiree discounts such as the Intel Store, the Employee Purchase Program and Suddath Moving/ Relocation service. You can also check out Intel News and access Money Matters, a virtual watercooler for U.S. employees who have a thirst for improving their own financial health. If you’ve never used the Retiree Circuit Portal, you can find out how to sign-up by clicking here. Enjoy! |

VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT REPORT
Recently fellow retiree, Judith Dow, needed to supply a company with Intel’s Verification of Employment (VOE) process. When she was unable to find the information at intelretiree.com, she did the research to find the answer. She documented her findings and shared them on the IRO Private Facebook Group, as well as informing the IRO mailbox. We appreciate the help… thanks Judith! We updated our website where you can read about the VOE process.
