MEDICAL TAX FORM 1095
Form 1095 is a tax form required under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This form will play an important role in your annual tax filings. To understand why you are getting this form go to this link on the IRO web site.
2016 ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS MULTIPLIER FOR THOSE WHO RETIRED IN 2016
A recent retiree asked how to determine the Annual Performance Bonus (APB) multiplier by business group, for the year of 2016, as he has a prorated APB bonus coming. Intel answered that they are unable to publish the APB percentages externally, as this information is considered Intel Confidential. Recent retirees that are interested in learning the APB multiplier information, should contact GetHR Help (800-238-0486) to obtain information on the multiplier and their proration.

2016 INTEL INVOLVED PARTICIPATION INCREASED BY OVER 400 PERCENT!!!
Intel Involved hours reported by 921 retirees reached 114,674, a remarkable increase over the 184 retirees who reported 61,214 volunteer hours for 2015. This will result in over $1 million being paid out to the 304 non-profits that retirees volunteered for in 2016. First payouts to your non-profits are expected in April. INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY RECOGNITION GIVING EVENT
In one week, 4,500 donors (comprised of current and retired Intel employees) and the Intel Foundation contributed 12,000 donations to nearly 3,500 organizations, for a total amount of nearly $30 million in donations.
