SEPTEMBER INTEL INVOLVED PAYOUT REPORT
If your non-profit has not received a check for 2013, it could be because they have not submitted the required non-discriminatory paperwork. They still have a brief period to submit the paperwork and receive their 2013 matching grant check. The current Payout Report lists about 2000 additional organizations than the previously posted April report. If your organization is not listed, check on their payout status by emailing Intel@easymatch.com.
HOW TO REPORT VOLUNTEER HOURS TO PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS
The Intel Foundation can only make grants to 501(c)3 public charities or their equivalent. Public organizations like fire departments, libraries, schools or parks often form a “Friends of . . . ” type organization to support and raise funds for a public organization that would not be able to raise charitable donations otherwise. Volunteer hours submitted for these “Friends of…” 501(c)3 organizations are eligible for an Intel Involved matching grant. More details are found on our “Tips” page.
DEADLINE FOR REPORTING 2014 INTEL INVOLVED HOURS IS JAN. 15
Volunteer hours can be submitted to Intel any time after they have been performed, but not after January 15th. Click here for links to the on-line reporting form and further details on the Intel Involved Retiree Benefit program.
