LOOKING FOR MASSACHUSETTS SITE COORDINATOR
After serving as our Massachusetts Site Coordinator since 2008, Suzanne Boyd is moving to Florida, and we will need to have someone willing to volunteer and fill her shoes. We want to thank Suzanne for her years of service and know that she will stay connected to us in any way that she can.
If you are interested in this position, please email Barb Frank for details. Time commitment is minimal yet the reward of being connected to Intel and your fellow retirees in the Bay State is huge!
JOIN US ON FACEBOOK!
Facebook was initially set up to provide a platform for retirees who live far from the main Intel sites to be able to socialize and stay connected. Our main web presence is our website.
Once you’ve become a member of IRO, you will receive our regular News Flash email newsletter; you can participate in our local chapters, and join social events and activities. You can also request to join our Facebook group “Intel Retiree Organization.”
Use our Facebook group to find other retirees, contact retirees to meet up with on your world-wide travels or just to hang out, share ideas, share experiences, make suggestions, among and with other retirees. Keep using our mailbox for questions and assistance in getting specific issues with Intel resolved.
We now have 237 group members – encourage your fellow retirees to join!

PERSONAL “BUSINESS” CARDS GET POSITIVE RESPONSE
Based on the March poll with over 50 positives responses, the IRO board is working with Intel to enable Intel retirees to order personal business cards. The goal is to have the same look as an employee business card, but clearly identified as a retiree card. A proposed design has been drafted and sent to Intel for their review since it does contain the Intel logo. Stay tuned for future updates.
