When an Employee Retires
When you retire, an Intel representative should call you. This representative will work with you to determine your choice of retirement gifts. However, information packets are sent to retiree via the mail each December.
Your manager is responsible for submitting retirement information to the employee database using the Leaving Intel tool. Completing this step automatically launches the award process.
