RETIREE CONTINGENT WORKFORCE PILOT PROGRAM REVIEW TO BE RESCHEDULED
The review has not yet occurred. We asked Intel recently about the scheduled date for the review and learned that the new project manager is not yet ready. Our Intel contact is aware that we are expecting this review and is actively seeking to set it up. We will keep retirees informed regarding the status of the pilot project review through the News Flash.

DISCOUNTS – Cheryl Pruss, Chairperson
NO CELL PHONE DISCOUNTS FOR RETIREES THROUGH ADVANTAGE
Intel retirees typically lose their employee cell phone discount when they retire. For more than a year the Intel Retiree Organization has been requesting that Intel influence the cell phone providers available on the Advantage discount program to extend their employee discounts to retirees. The feedback that Intel gives us is that the cell phone providers are not sufficiently interested in gaining the Intel retiree business to invest the time to develop a secure method (which they require) for retirees to access the employee discount.
ARIZONA SITE: GAMMAGE DISCOUNTS NOW AVAILABLE
An Arizona Intel retiree asked, we followed up with Intel and now Intel retirees (as well as employees) can buy discounted tickets to ASU Gammage Performing Arts Center shows! Most, but not all Broadway shows have a discount offered. Click here for more information.

COMMUNITY GIVING CAMPAIGN UPDATE
The October 2015 News Flash, announced a new program starting in 2016 to replace the annual Fall Community Giving Campaign that was administered by United Way. While details of the new program are not expected for a few months, Intel has advised us that contributions made in 2016 to non-profits will be retroactive to January 1st for eligible organizations. They have also told us that eligible organizations are the same as the Intel Involved program.
INTEL DOUBLES ITS MATCHING GIFTS FOR EDUCATION
