To find your SERMA Balance log into the Hewitt Benefits website, http://resources.hewitt.com/intel/. Select the tab labeled Spending Account and you will find all the information concerning your SERMA account and how to use it.  (If you don’t have a user id and password, call Intel Benefits at 877-466-9236.  To talk to a live person, say ‘representative’.)
